Boats I’ve worked with:

Chloe on the mainsheet onboard Royal Huisman J-Class Hanuman, during a photoshoot with another sailboat visible in the distance captained by friends in the industry.

Plating slow cooked citrus salmon with red onion, featuring a salad of sliced fennel, courgette ribbons, orange segments, star fruit and fennel fronds. A hand is adding grilled salmon to one of the plates.

ABOUT

CHLOE

During lockdown in 2020, I was furloughed from my University work placement and dreaming of getting out of the UK. Stuck at home, I spent my time cooking and baking which lead to me taking a yacht chef course. After a short season learning the ropes on a motor yacht I was encouraged by the senior crew to transition into the galley and I haven’t looked back since!

I’ve been fortunate enough to chef on some amazing boats including two beautiful J Class yachts. I’m stepping into the temp world which I hope will broaden my exposure to cooking and provisioning in different parts of the world.
